What is an Individual Voluntary Arrangement?
An IVA is a legally binding agreement between you and your creditors that is designed to help people who are struggling with debts.
An Individual Voluntary Arrangement normally runs for a fixed period of 60 months with you making one affordable monthly payment to the Insolvency Practitioner who will manage your case and deal with all your creditors stopping unwanted and intimidating calls and letters.
IVA’s are not available to Scottish residents, please see trust deed page.
